Ordering
In order to bring you the best price possible, we need to require a
$100 minimum order. You may order right here on the web or by phone
or fax.
You can reach
us by phone at (718) 721-8000 or by fax at (718) 721-8171. Phone orders
are accepted between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm est. Orders can be faxed
24 hours a day.
Terms
We accept payment by credit card or check in advance only. If you
choose to pay by check, we will ship your order promptly after receiving
your check. We will consider 30-day terms if you fill out our credit
application and meet our credit requirements. There will be a
$20.00 service charge on any and all returned checks.
Prices
Due to occasional supplier cost increases, our prices are subject
to change without notice.
Back Order
We ship orders out as quickly as possible. Please reorder any out
of stock items, since we do not back order.
Shipping
All orders must be over $100. Shipping is $5.00 on all orders
up to 10 lbs. On orders over 10 lbs you will be charged at UPS Ground
Rate and will be notified of the difference.
Returns
- All returns
must be authorized by our credit department
- Damaged or
Problem shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- We cannot be
held responsible for any case shortages not noted at time of delivery
- We will need
to know the exact reason for return.
- Call tag pickup
only available on returns due to island natural error
- Invoice numbers
and date of purchase are necessary on all returns
- All returns
must be in saleable condition without price tags, glue residue,
security strips, or markings of any kind
- Credit will
only be issued after merchandise is returned to our warehouse.
